Strength Doesn’t Come from What You Can Do; It Comes from Overcoming the Things You Once Thought You Couldn’t

We all have our own definition of strength. For some, it’s the ability to lift heavy objects. For others, it’s the ability to withstand pain. But true strength comes from something else entirely: it comes from overcoming the things we once thought we couldn’t.

When we face a challenge, our first instinct is often to give up. We tell ourselves that we’re not strong enough, or that we’re not capable. But the truth is, we’re stronger than we think. We can overcome anything if we’re willing to put in the work.
